RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Elecuno, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at contact@elecuno.com and we will assist you.

1. Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer purchasing products online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Products should be returned in suitable condition and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging, accessories and documentation.

You may handle an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced as a result, we may be entitled to make a deduction where permitted by applicable law.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us at contact@elecuno.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that a refund is due, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable UK law.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Where a statutory cancellation applies, the cost of standard delivery will generally also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind cancellation, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless Elecuno has agreed to cover the cost or applicable law requires otherwise.

If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before returning the item.

6. How to Request a Return

Please email contact@elecuno.com with:

Your order number
Your full name
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return, if applicable
Photographs if the product is damaged or defective

We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

7. Products Excluded From Cancellation Rights

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including certain personalised or customised products and certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
